Ontario's latest lottery multimillionaire says he always knew he would win because a psychic told him so.

But the psychic didn't tell him when he would win, so Jorma Hogbacka kept playing — for 25 years.

The 60-year-old former welder from St. Catharines, Ont., claimed $14 million in 649 winnings on Monday,

He's already got plans for the money, which includes five Tim Hortons employees in St. Catharines.

He said he told them he would give each one of them $30,000 when he won, just for getting his orders right.

He said he will honour his pledge so now he is looking for them.

The good news for other ticket holders is that Hogbacka only won one-third of the $44 million jackpot drawn on the weekend.
