The mother and brother of Parminder Saini, the 24-year-old Sunrise Propane employee who has been missing since an explosion at the Toronto plant on Aug. 10, will be allowed to travel from their home in Punjab to Canada.

A body was found at the site, but authorities cannot confirm the identity.

Toronto firefighter Bob Leek also died at the scene.

Earlier this week, Saini's father was granted a visa to travel to Canada to help in the investigation, but his brother and mother were denied visas by the Canadian Consulate near their home in Punjab.

After being informed of the problem, the Department of Citizenship and Immigration in Ottawa intervened and issued the visas.
