The Buffalo Bills reportedly will play eight games in Toronto over the next five seasons.
Sources told the Canadian Press that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell reached agreement Wednesday with the Bills, and will make a formal announcement on Friday.

The Bills and the two CFL teams closest to Buffalo — the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts — will hold a joint media conference next week, Canadian Press reported.
"I have no idea — I swear," Argonauts co-owner David Cynamon said. "I know about the Bills potentially coming here for games, but that is it."
The Bills reportedly will play one regular-season game a year at Toronto's Roger Centre, plus three exhibition games over the next five years.
However, they have agreed not to play next season's regular-season game at Toronto until the conclusion of the CFL season, so as not to conflict with the Argonauts and Tiger-Cats.
The Bills have been seeking to expand into the southern Ontario market, which has a fan base of more than five million people compared to 1.25 million in western New York.
An estimated 10,000 to 15,000 Canadians attend each Bills home game at Ralph Wilson Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 73,967.
