Toronto police continue to investigate an apparent murder-suicide in Scarborough after the bodies of an elderly couple were found Tuesday night.
They were called to the home of the couple in the Pharmacy and Ellesmere area at around 7 p.m.
The couple's daughter phoned police after finding her mother dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Police discovered the husband's body in the garage.
Neighbours said the couple were in their 80s and appeared to be in failing health.
