Police investigate the scene Tuesday.

Toronto police were still interviewing witnesses, but had not laid any charges in the death of Victoria Jones on Tuesday.
The little girl was riding her bicycle through the crosswalk near Warden and Sheppard avenues just after noon when she was struck and killed.
Investigators said the van driver stopped for her brother, who was also riding a bike, but apparently did not see the girl.
Det. Wally Watts said the driver was only travelling at 20 km/h at the time of the collision and was the first at the scene to call 911.
