Christina Calayca was last seen going for a jog near the entrance of Rainbow Falls Provincial Park near Schreiber, on the north shore of Lake Superior about 200 kilometres east of Thunder Bay.
Authorities have said they do not believe foul play is involved in the 20-year-old's disappearance.
About 70 people, including police officers and trained search-and-rescue personnel, are involved in the search effort.
Meanwhile Wednesday, a vigil will be held for Calayca in an east-end Toronto church.
On Tuesday, a police underwater search unit finished scouring a natural pool in the park without finding any clues.
