Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon and Ralph Fiennes are among the major actors whose films will be premiering at this year's Toronto International Film Festival.
On Thursday, organizers revealed four films that will have their world launch at the festival.
A crown jewel of the world premieres is All The King's Men, starring Penn as a "charismatic Southern politician whose idealism is marred by his own corruption, success and insatiable lust for power," as described on the festival website.

The all-star cast includes Jude Law, Anthony Hopkins, Mark Ruffalo and Kate Winslet.
Written and directed by Steve Zallian, the movie is said to be loosely based on the career of Louisiana governor Huey P. Long and takes place during the 1940s and 1950s.
Long had a tumultuous political career and was elected governor in 1928. He died after being shot by an assailant in 1935.
Sarandon stars in Bernard and Doris, a light tale exploring how the relationship may have blossomed between tobacco heiress Doris Duke and her gay Irish butler played by Fiennes. Upon her death in 1993, the billionairess left her entire estate to her barely literate butler. The movie is directed by actor Bob Balaban.
American Pie actor Jason Biggs heads the cast of The Pleasure of Your Company. Biggs plays a man who loses the woman of his dreams, sinks into depression but embarks on a relationship with a quirky waitress after he spontaneously proposes to her.
In the World Cinema category, award-winning Polish director Agnieszka Holland will unveil Copying Beethoven, which follows a young music student (Diane Kruger) who is offered an opportunity to work alongside Ludwig van Beethoven (Ed Harris) to help publish his masterpiece, the Ninth Symphony.
Holland's previous notable films have included Europa, Europa, The Secret Garden and Olivier, Olivier.
The 31st Toronto International Film Festival runs from Sept. 7 to 16.
