Toronto Police named a fourth officer Thursday who faces Police Services Act charges following an internal investigation.

Const. Nick Morris was charged with discreditable conduct and insubordination following a probe into his relationship with a drug addict who was suspected of selling stolen cars.

Among the three other officers charged in the investigation is Michael McCormack, who is a police union director and the son of former chief William McCormack.

Police did not officially release Morris' name until he could be served with a notice to appear at a police tribunal hearing.

That hearing is scheduled for May 12.
