Two major intersections on Queen Street East have been shut down this summer for TTC repairs. Now it's the west end's turn. The intersection of Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West will be closed for TTC track replacement work.
Track work starts July 14 but the intersection will still be open to traffic. It will be closed from July 28 to Aug. 11. Work continues until Aug. 30.
This comes after the intersection of Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue was closed for weeks. Queen Street East and Victoria Avenue was shut down directly after that.
For the west side work, eastbound traffic on Dundas approaching Spadina will be detoured at Bathurst Street, while westbound traffic on Dundas approaching Spadina will be detoured at University Avenue.
