Road work is set to close sections of Queen's Park Crescent on both Thursday and Friday nights, the city says.

The downtown thoroughfare's northbound lanes between Bloor Street and College Street will be closed from 6:30 p.m. Thursday until 7:30 a.m. Friday.

The southbound lanes along the same stretch will be closed from 6:30 p.m. Friday until 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

Motorists looking to drive north-south may travel on Spadina Avenue, Bay Street or Yonge Street, the city said in a Wednesday news release.
