2 men wanted in north-end Toronto attack, robbery
Victim was on TTC bus, asked assailants to turn down music, police say
Toronto police are asking for the public's help in finding two men who allegedly attacked and robbed another man after he asked them to turn down their music.
Both men were playing loud music on a portable device while riding a TTC bus on Jane Street, near Lawrence Avenue West, on Nov. 26, according to police at 12 Division.
When another passenger asked them to turn it down, police say the suspects got angry and started yelling and swearing at the man.
After the man stepped off the bus at Lawrence, the suspects followed and soon attacked him. They also robbed him before fleeing on foot, police said.
The first suspect is described as being between 18 and 25 years old, five feet, seven inches tall, with a medium build and blond/brown hair. He was unshaven at the time, and wearing a black Blue Jays jacket with a grey hoodie.
The second suspect is also between 18 and 25, the same height, with a thin build and short black hair. He was clean-shaven and wearing a black Moose Knuckles jacket with a fur hood.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-1200, or Crime Stoppers either online or at 416-222-TIPS.
