A Toronto mother says she was treated poorly by a TTC driver on Thursday morning.
Jodi Christie called the incident "really bizarre, it's been really bizarre."
Christie said she was boarding the 199 Finch Express at 6:30 a.m. with her one-year-old son Atticus in his stroller.
She asked and the driver lowered the ramp to help her board the bus.
"Then he said, 'You should really get a different stroller, a smaller one that you can lift on the bus yourself.' And he said, 'I don't want to have to deal with this b.s. at 630 in the morning.'"
Christie said the comments didn't end there.
"I said, 'I don't think you're in a position to tell what to do or what I need to do for my baby' and I went to take my seat — and he said, 'Where's his dad? He should be helping you with this, if he even has a father.'"

"I would like to be apologized to, really that's all that I want."
TTC spokesman Brad Ross says the TTC is investigating the allegations.
Ross said the TTC will "identify the operator, interview the operator and get both sides of the story."
"Our expectation as an employer is that all employees treat customers with dignity and respect," said Ross.
The TTC says it will take about 15 business days to process the complaint.
