Mississauga stabbing sends 18-year-old to hospital

Peel Region Police say an 18-year-old man is in hospital this morning after he was attacked outside a convenience store this morning in Mississauga.

Peel Regional Police say an 18-year-old man is in hospital this morning after he was attacked outside a convenience store in Mississauga. 

It happened at around 6 a.m. in the area of Lakeshore Road and Seneca Avenue.     

Sgt. Matt Small says officers are still in the early stages of this investigation. Paramedics tell CBC News the victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious injuries and is in stable condition.
