Toronto police say they have found the 12-year-old boy who went missing in Scarborough on Monday evening.

Police had been setting up a command post to search for Nicoli Strickland, who they say is developmentally delayed and functions at the level of a 5-year-old. He was last seen in the Sheppard Avenue East and Meadowvale Road area around 5 p.m.

Strickland is described as standing 4'5 tall and weights around 120 lbs, wearing a puffy green waist-length coat with a hood and a red tuque.
