Man stabbed at North York house party

Police are investigating after a stabbing at a house party near York University.

Police are investigating after a stabbing at a house party near York University. 

Investigators at 31 Division say the incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. when two groups of young men got into an argument behind a house near Cook Road and Leitch Avenue. 

One man, believed to be between 18 and 20, was stabbed and rushed to hospital with serious injuries, according to paramedics. 

There was no immediate word on suspects.
