Man who stabbed woman at Toronto bank dies after attack, police say

A man who police say attacked a woman inside a Toronto Dominion Bank on Kipling Avenue Monday afternoon has died.

A man who police say attacked a woman inside a Kipling Avenue bank on Monday afternoon has died.

Police say the 50-year-old man stabbed the woman with a large knife several times before fleeing the Toronto Dominion Bank.

The woman, 34, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On Monday night at around 8:30 p.m, police said they responded to a "medical complaint" in the Albion Road and Martingrove Road area in the city's northwest. 

They said they suspect in the bank stabbing was found there. Officers took the man to the hospital, but he died of his injuries.

Police said they're not looking for any suspects in the case.
