Man killed after fight breaks out in Vaughan parking lot

York Regional Police are looking for witnesses to a deadly fight that broke out in a parking lot in Vaughan early Sunday morning.

At about 3 a.m., police were called to the parking lot of a plaza at Zenway Drive and Highway 27, where a fight had broken out.

A 28-year-old man was stabbed in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. At least two other men were taken to hospital with head injuries.

Staff Sgt. John Lucas told CBC News that anyone with information is urged to call homicide investigators, or to call Crime Stoppers.
