1 person in critical condition after crash on Highway 407

A man has been airlifted to hospital in critical condition after a crash on westbound Highway 407 near Highway 410.

Northbound and southbound ramps from Highway 10 closed

A man has been airlifted to hospital in critical condition after a crash involving two vehicles westbound Highway 407 near Highway 410. 

Fire services extricated the man from the vehicle and transported him to St. Michael's hospital with severe injuries, paramedics say.

Both the northbound and southbound ramps that access Highway 407 from Highway 10 are closed as OPP investigate.

Provincial police say traffic is being diverted off Highway 410.
