Dog treats that smell like gasoline found near off-leash park
Toronto police want to know more about some dog biscuits found near the entrance to an off-leash park, which smelled like gasoline and may have been poisoned.
Nine multi-colour, bone-shaped dog treats were found near the south entrance of Marie Curtis Park on Saturday. The park is located in the Long Branch neighbourhood, along Lake Shore Boulevard west of Brown's Line.
Police say the dog treats could be harmful, or fatal, if swallowed.
