Residents in a newly built condominium in the city's west end are complaining about the ventilation system in their units, saying that air from the bathroom is being recirculated back into their living spaces.

Barry Kui says he can smell his wife’s shampoos, cleansers and perfume when she’s in the bathroom.

“I found literally every odours that happen in this bathroom circulate back into the living unit,” he said.

CBC’s Michelle Cheung visits Kui's unit — and brings an air quality specialist with her.
