After shutdown, subway resumes between Bloor and Lawrence stations

TTC subway service was suspended between Bloor and Lawrence stations on the Yonge-University-Spadina (Line 1) around 11 a.m. this morning due to a power outage at Eglinton Station.

TTC subway service was suspended between Bloor and Lawrence stations on the Yonge-University-Spadina (Line 1) around 11 a.m. this morning due to a power outage at Eglinton Station.

Hundreds of passengers were cast off to shuttle buses as the TTC worked to repair the outage. 

The buses were running between between Bloor and Lawrence, but passengers are reporting significant delays on social media.

The TTC announced the all-clear at around 11:34 a.m. this morning.
