A sixth person has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with a death in the Intercity area last month.
Thunder Bay Police announced today that they arrested 25-year-old Christopher David Meeseetawageesic in the McVicar Creek area near Court Street yesterday.
He's charged with second-degree murder and breach of probation.
Meeseetawageesic is the latest person to be charged in the death of 44 year-old Lloyd Oskineegish from Wunnumin Lake First Nation.
His burned body was found in a grassy space near Field Street, off the Harbour Expressway, two weeks ago.
Meeseetawageesic will appear in court on August 22nd.
Police said they are still investigating.
