Police searching for Thunder Bay man reported missing

Thunder Bay police say they're looking for the public's help finding a 57-year-old man after he was last seen over the weekend.

Thunder Bay police say they're looking for the public's help finding a 57-year-old man after he was last seen over the weekend.

According to a written release, Michael Quirielle, 57, was last seen on Saturday, July 8 in the Regent Street area on Thunder Bay's north side around 6 a.m.

He was described as being Caucasian, five-feet-eight-inches tall with a medium build. Police said he has brown, shoulder-length curly hair and a dark brown and grey beard.

Quirielle was last seen wearing a black and gold jacket, beige shorts, dark running shoes and a baseball hat.

A police spokesperson told CBC News that Quirielle was reported missing by a friend and that he has "health issues."

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
