Police have identified the man found dead at a home on Machar Avenue in Thunder Bay last weekend as 64-year-old Leslie Ruben Perrault.
Perrault, from Fort Frances, Ont., was found dead Sunday when police responded to a call at around 10:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Machar.
It was the seventh homicide of the year in Thunder Bay, tying what police believe to be a record that was last equalled in 2012.
Two people, a man and woman who lived in the home where Perrault's body was discovered, have been charged with second-degree murder.
Chauncy Lyle Grover, and Alyssa Lynn Jourdain, both 44, will appear in court on Sept. 16.
