Four men were injured Saturday when two tractor-trailers collided near Thunder Bay, in an area known as Sistonens Corners, in Northwestern Ontario.

Ontario Provincial Police were called to the scene just before 10:30 p.m. ET, and arrived soon afterwards.

Both drivers and their passengers were injured. Two were sent to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre; two were treated on scene.

One driver has been charged with failing to yield to traffic, a charge police said usually means the driver either failed to stop at a stop sign, or failed to check for oncoming traffic after stopping.

Two of the men injured in the crash are from Winnipeg; the others are from Montreal and Laval, Que.. It is not believed any of the men's injuries were serious.
