Police in Thunder Bay, Ont., are looking for more information about a reported altercation at a north side home Wednesday that sent two men to hospital.
According to a written release, police were called to a home near the corner of Carrie Street and Martha Street just after 11 a.m. on Wednesday where officers found a man with, what police called, significant injuries.
Another man was also found hurt, police said, adding that they believe the injuries stemmed from an altercation between the two inside the home.
The two men, who police believe to be in their mid-20s, were taken to hospital by ambulance, but also in police custody.
The criminal investigations branch has opened an investigation into the incident, police said.
