Motorists around Thunder Bay should note that calendar parking goes into effect around the city tomorrow — but unless there’s snow on the roads or in the weather forecast, the bylaw will not immediately be enforced.

The extended forecast for Thunder Bay as of Wednesday afternoon called for no accumulation of snow through Tuesday.

City Hall says an announcement will be made when the rules limiting parking will go into effect.

Once enforcement begins, violators face a fine of $45.
