A Thunder Bay man has been cleared of all charges in relation to an alleged shooting at a remote camp site that sent a 28-year-old man to hospital.

Casimir King was charged with attempted murder at a get-together at Pace Lake, after an altercation between two people allegedly led to a third man stepping in and firing a gun.

The shooting injured one of the two men initially involved in the fight.

King, 27, had the attempted murder charge withdrawn. A jury found him not guilty of other charges, including careless use of a firearm, in September, 2016.
