Thunder Bay police are looking for the public's help in finding an armed robbery suspect after a man robbed the Shell station at 1110 West Arthur Street.

Just after 3 p.m. Tuesday, a man showed the clerk what appeared to be a handgun in his waistband. No one was injured, but police say the robber made off with a bag full of cash.

Police officers and the K-9 unit searched the surrounding area and the Valhalla Inn — but didn’t turn up anything.

Witnesses describe the suspect as between 40 and 60 years of age. He was wearing a red ball cap and a brown work jacket.
