Aggravated assault turns into homicide investigation

Thunder Bay Police have upgraded an aggravated assault to a homicide, after the victim died at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Thunder Bay Police have upgraded an aggravated assault to a homicide, after the victim died at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Police report 52-year-old Christopher Adams succumbed to his injuries around 1 p.m. today.

The incident took place on July 1, around 2:30 a.m., in front of Thunder Bay City Hall.

City police continue to ask anybody who may have information regarding the homicide to call police of CrimeStoppers.

No charges have been laid.
