3 in custody after stabbing in Thunder Bay: police

Three people are in custody after a stabbing Thursday night near Ambrose Street in Thunder Bay.

Three people are in custody after a stabbing Thursday night near Ambrose Street in Thunder Bay.

In a news release, Thunder Bay police said the incident happened just before 8 p.m. on the city's north side.

A 57-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

A second man, a 49-year-old, was assaulted during the altercation. He was brought to hospital, and then treated and released for his injuries.

Two women, a 42-year-old and 21-year-old, along with a 39-year-old man, are in custody.

Police said their investigation continues.
