$1M winning Lotto 6/49 ticket sold in Thunder Bay

Wednesday night's Lotto 6/49 draw was a lucky draw for at least two ticket-buyers in Thunder Bay.

Wednesday night's Lotto 6/49 draw was a lucky draw for at least two ticket-buyers in Thunder Bay.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming reports a ticket worth $1 million was sold in the city, and is one of the lottery's new guaranteed million dollar prizes.

Someone also had the right numbers in the same draw for an Encore prize worth $100,000.

An OLG spokesperson says the corporation is still waiting for the winners to come forward.
