Sudbury murder trial hears Blake Lapierre 'was depressed'
The former girlfriend of a man accused in the stabbing death of Justin Dagenais in 2012 testified in a Sudbury court Tuesday morning.
Cassandra Graham went to the end of August pit party where she immediately ran into her ex-boyfriend Blake Lapierre.
They had broken up four months before.

Graham said Lapierre seemed like himself, excited and happy. She noted he showed her and her friend his new knife, and he brought out his wooden knuckles.
She said he mentioned he was going to fight with some Valley boys and that they were going to get it.
Later in the night, they had a fight over Graham's new boyfriend.
Graham said Lapierre told her he was upset and depressed and had no reason to live. She then left the party in frustration, not long before the stabbing occurred.
Lapierre is on trial for second degree murder.
