Between January and March of this year, Sudbury police officers received a number of complaints about an older man in a small black car. According to the complainants, police said the man appeared to be following his targets, then exposing himself and masturbating.

The six separate incidents happened mainly in the Donovan and Flour Mill areas, though one incident was reported on Fielding Street in New Sudbury, police said.

The accused was arrested on Wednesday and charged with 13 counts of exposure to a person under 16, 19 counts of criminal harassment, and indecent acts.

He was to appear in bail court on Thursday.
