Sudbury homicide leaves 22-year-old dead

Greater Sudbury Police are investigating an early-morning homicide in the city.
Officers responded to a call that a man had been stabbed on Thursday at 12:50 a.m.
Police said the 22-year-old victim was at an outdoor pit party in the Garson area when the incident occurred.
He was taken to Health Sciences North Hospital where he died of his injuries.
A second man was also stabbed and has been released from hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
An 18-year-old man is in police custody and police have not released his identity or any possible charges.
Police are asking witnesses to come forward with any additional information.
