One person died and two others were injured following a crash on Highway 69 near Alban Wednesday night.
Provincial police said a transport truck collided with a snowplow before 9 p.m.
The driver in each vehicle sustained minor injuries, but the passenger in the transport truck died in the crash.
The identity of that victim is not yet known.
Police said both of the saddle tanks of the transport truck were punctured in the crash. The Ministry of the Environment will be involved in the cleanup of the spilled diesel fuel.
Highway 69, south of highway 64, was closed as crews cleared debris. Detours were available at Highway 607 and Highway 64, for small vehicles only.
