Harassing wildlife has proved costly for two men.

Sebastien Fabris of Elliot Lake and Brandon Gerrior of Sault Ste. Marie were fined a total of $2,750 dollars for chasing and harassing wildlife south of White River.

The Ministry of Natural Resources reported that last September, Fabris drove a truck on Paint Lake Road and chased a bull moose, while Gerrior was recorded the incident and then posted it on the online.

Conservation officers from the Wawa unit found video on the web, along with another similar postings made by the pair.
