A man is dead following a crash on Highway 11 on Monday.

A man is dead following a crash on Highway 11 on Monday.

Provincial police in Temiskaming report that at about 2 p.m., a car and a transport truck collided head-on south of Kirkland Lake.

OPP said 64-year-old Peter Pace of New Liskeard died of injuries. 

The 28-year-old driver of the tractor trailer, who hails from Scarborough, was not injured.

The investigation into the crash continues.
