Provincial police in Kirkland Lake have identified the body of a fisherman reported missing yesterday.

Provincial police in Kirkland Lake have identified the body of a fisherman reported missing yesterday.

The body of 67-year-old Roman Kohut of Kirkland Lake was found by a canine unit in the water near the east shore of Lake Victoria, about 20 km east of the city, in Gauthier Township. 

The investigation into the cause of death continues, but police say foul play is not suspected.
