California college recinds scholarship, admission offer just days before program begins

Jason Boudreau could be forgiven for feeling frustrated.

The 19 year old tennis player from Sudbury was slated to leave for California this week. He was recruited to play as a prospect for the National Collegiate Athletic Association at Concordia University, Irvine. But, after an administrative mix-up, Boudreau was told the deal was off. Now, he's making other plans.
