Driver crashes with school bus in North Bay

A 36-year-old North Bay man is facing a highway traffic act charge after a crash with a school bus in the city Thursday morning.

A 36-year-old North Bay man is facing a highway traffic act charge after a crash with a school bus in the city Thursday morning.

Just after 7:30 a.m., the man made a left hand turn at the wrong time — and his vehicle collided with the bus, report North Bay provincial police.

There were no children on the bus at the time.

Police report that collision caused the school bus to rear-end another vehicle.

The school bus driver sustained minor injuries.
