André Carrier dies in Timmins pedestrian-vehicle crash

Timmins police have identified the pedestrian killed Thursday evening in a motor vehicle collision.

Timmins police have identified the pedestrian killed Thursday evening in a motor vehicle collision.

André Carrier, 60, was struck by a vehicle as he was crossing Algonquin Boulevard at Mountjoy Street in the city.

He died of his injuries in hospital.

Police report no charges have been filed yet. Investigators are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident to give them a call.
