VIDEO | Government project targets housing for homeless

A $110-million federal government program targeting the problem of homelessness among the mentally ill appears to showing some early success in Canada.
The program first gets those suffering from mental illness into housing and then offers them mental health care and other services.
It is being piloted in Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Moncton.
