The evidence portion of the Air India trial has now officially wrapped up. But a verdict is still many months away.

Lawyers for accused bomber Ajaib Singh Bagri will be back in court next week arguing that prosecutors violated court rules by withholding witness information.

The Crown is obliged to disclose all of its evidence to the defence in a criminal trial.

The final arguments will begin on Oct. 18 and could last until mid-December.

Bagri and Ripudaman Singh Malik are on trial charged with killing 331 people in two separate bombings on the same day in June 1985. One bomb killed 329 people on board Air India Flight 182, most of them Canadians. The other bomb killed two baggage handlers at Tokyo's Narita Airport.

The trial continues.
