Two families in Toronto are finding it difficult to live as neighbours. For 12 years, the Huang family has lived in their small semi-detached home in Toronto without incident. But now they're being accused of ruining their neighbour's quality of life and the enjoyment of her home.

At issue is the cooking smell from the Huang's house that the owner of the other house says is offensive. In a statement of claim, Elizabeth Ann Magner calls the smell from her neighbours' wok "odorous" and wants them to stop.

Now the dispute has led to a lawsuit, and the courts will have to try to sort it out.
