Keep your hands off the biggest lottery prize in American history.

That's the message late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert delivered to Canadians on Tuesday's episode of CBS' The Late Show.

In a segment on the $1.5-billion US Powerball lottery — which organizers say is the largest in American history — Colbert made reference to Canadians crossing the border to buy tickets.

You can see that at the 0:24 mark in the video below.

"I promise you, if one of you moose-munching iceholes wins America's billion-dollar Powerball, Donald Trump will be elected president of the United States," the comedian warned.

"I will vote for him, because he's going to build a wall between the U.S. and Canada, and make the Powerball winner pay for it."

The Powerball draw takes place Wednesday night at 10:59 ET.
