Woman shot with pellet gun by roommate in Saskatoon home
She suffered minor injuries, one man is facing assault with a weapon charges
A woman in Saskatoon is recovering after being shot with a pellet gun by her roommate Friday afternoon.
Police initially responded to the 400 block of Avenue S South after a woman called to say she had been shot by her roommate with a handgun at about 4 p.m.. CST.
Officers set up a perimeter around the home and called people out of the residence.
The people were cooperative with police.
The investigation revealed that a 31-year-old man had shot the woman with an Airsoft pellet gun.
She suffered minor injuries.
The man is in custody and facing charges of assault with a weapon and breach of probation.
