Saskatoon's streetcar era

A photo exhibit at the Francis Morrison Library in Saskatoon (from Feb. 12 to Mar. 27) looks back on a booming Saskatoon of 1912 when the city decided to build a streetcar service. The exhibit, featuring images from the library's collection and the Saskatchewan Archives Board, covers the history of Saskatoon's streetcar era, which lasted until 1951.
