Saskatoon flights cancelled by bad weather across N.A.

Bad weather outside Saskatchewan is affecting flights leaving the Saskatoon airport.

Toronto, Denver and Chicago all affected

Bad weather at major airports across North America is causing delays and cancellations for passengers outbound from Saskatoon.

The situation is fluid as the weather continues to change.

Three flights have been cancelled so far, and travellers are advised to check before heading out to the airport.

Air Canada called down its 6 a.m. CST flight to Toronto because of the cold and wind in the Ontario capital.

Similarly, United Airlines cancelled its 7:23 a.m. CST flight from Saskatoon to Denver and its 8:05 a.m. CST flight to Chicago because of bad weather in those cities.
