A gathering in Saskatoon will take place tonight to remember those who lost their lives during the tragic events in La Loche, Sask.

Organized by the student association of the First Nations University of Canada's Saskatoon campus, the candlelight vigil will begin at 6 p.m. CST at the Vimy Memorial Bandshell.
Melanie Dene, president of the association, said the event is meant to support and pray for the grieving friends, family, and community members affected by the tragedy.
Dene said some candles will be supplied but candles brought from home are more than welcome.
